How do I pay Qynetix USA, Autos?
In the UNITED STATES funds can be wired to business bank account once the service agreement and POA is signed. The information will be provided when the invoice is given to the customer.
International wires can also be done. Be aware that it will usually take between 24-48 hours business days for wired to be approved coming from WEST AFRICA.

How will I know if my vehicle arrived at destination?
We offer a tracking system. Once the ship has sailed from Houston port you will be getting a "BOL" Bill of Laden with your container number that will allow you to track its voyage. |

What can I pack inside my vehicle?
All items placed in the vehicles are considered household personal goods. You will be notified of the banned items and unsafe items to pack into the vehicle. |

What is a SED or BOL?
SED is abbreviated for "Shipper's Export Declaration". You must have a SED completed for the following reasons:
1. If you're declaring a value of shipment over $2500 US
2. If an export license or permit required. Most shipments don't require an export license.
3. Shipments going to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Serbia, Sudan or Syria.
The US Census Bureau updates the SED regulations and requirements frequently. Qynetix USA is able to file a SED electronically for a low fee.
BOL is a Bill Of Laden is the document you received in preparing your ocean shipping container for its destination. This document will have vital information. |

Can I ship computers, electronics, or auto part?
Yes! If you pack them in your vehicle then it is seen as personal goods. Be aware to pack items in your vehicle properly due to the containers are extremely hot. |

What are my shipping fees to Nigeria?
We are able to ship to Lago and Abuja Nigeria. Currently the shipping cost is as follows:
Shipping less then 200 pounds is $2.90 per pound
Shipping greater then 200 pounds is $2.45 per pound
